"1 king + 2 queens in 1 room. Room was very spacious, and bathroom was large, so we didn’t feel at all cramped with 4 adults in 1 room. Be aware that there really isn’t any food service between breakfast & dinner. We had planned to get lunch at the hotel after checkout, before heading into London, but then discovered there was no restaurant open."

"The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs, I was in a wheelchair and could only walk very short distances, we asked for a shower mat and stool which were there on arrival waiting for us, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and was served by Sylvester who was absolutely outstanding with his recommendations and drinks to have,breakfasts was first class.
