"Very comfortable resort if you are looking for a local experience. The staff are polite and helpful. The resort is clean yet dated. Staying here reminds me of staying with my family. The food at the restaurant was good. I feel safe but obviously I take precautions like I would at any hotel."

"Although we liked the proximity to the beach, it was a public beach. At night a group of people showed in their cars (around 8p) and decided to blare loud music till well after 3am in the morning. After notifying the staff (and I mean 1 security guard) nothing was done. Let's just say we had a horrible sleep that night. The pictures are accurate and place is clean but we won't be returning to this hotel in the future. "

"Property was great. Amazing customer service. Loved that the workers didn't hound you for tips like the outside street vendors. Property needs to be renovated but overall a great stay. Close to beaches, night life and downtown market place. Street vendors were obnoxious so be prepared to be hounded. Food was good, lots of choices for meal times. "

"Service in the bar areas were slow! Sometimes they were kinda grumpy! You stood there a bit before they would ask what you wanted! I know there are sometimes and certain people might not be the kindest to them, but the average person sees this as rude!!!"

"The property is very nice. Restaurants were average nothing exciting, however there was one night that offered a buffet and it had great authentic Jamaican food. Beach access was amazing. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room service is provided. Cleaning service is provided every morning. This resort does not attract younger crowds so it was a quiet relaxing stay."

"The hotel was in a good location the beach was across the street our room had a balcony with an ocean view it’s no resort and it needs some updates but it did its job! The staff were amazing and there’s always security in the front which was good and there’s a lot of shops and restaurants right down stairs the area was walkable and safe we stayed for 3 days and everyday we walked around we felt safe There’s a beach club across the street for 8$ but if you walk a little further it’s a free beach...

"Me and my boyfriend stayed her for a week at the end of January and we really did enjoy ourselves. Although there are some things I’d like to get into detail about. Food - The food was honestly amazing, coming from a somewhat picky eater, the food at the buffet from breakfast, lunch & dinner was amazing. "The Oceanview was prefect. Allowed me to stay for an additional tonight with discount. Neighbors very friendly and helpful. The pool stays open 24 hours. Need a pass to get on the beach which locks at 6 pm. The Restaurant was great not over priced menu. There's a bar/gift shop on the premise. "

"S Hotel was a nice vibe ,enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a party type all inclusive resort than its not that ,but they do have activites throughout the day. . 3 speciality restuarants on property an Italian, Jamican and seafood restuarant open for dinner only and they require reservations.They seem to always be booked. These restuarants are not open every day or have the same day every week that they are open. You have to go to the desk to ask what dinner restaurant is open and see if reservation is available... that's the only negative I have to say. There is a breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet open with variety of food options.Bar was open from 11am to 10pm. If you want premium liquor than thats an additional cost not included in all inclusive. There is a grill open throughout the day for pool and beach goers at Doctor Cave.The property is well kept you always see people cleaning and maintaence being done. The room was was very nice and spacious well decorated. The staff were friendly and service was great can't complain. Would definitely choose S hotel again."
