"I stayed for three nights in an upstairs room facing the mountains. The staff are friendly and professional. Everything in our room was clean, comfortable and modern. I particularly liked the balcony and kitchenette. The bathroom was lovely too and it was a nice touch to be given towels specifically for the hot pools. Although the accommodation is located close to the heart of town but it’s still peaceful and relaxing."

"Without doubt this is the most luxurious experience I've ever had. My husband and I had two wonderful nights at Rippinvale Retreat in Hanmer Springs. From our arrival when there was home made baking, to wine and canapés at 6pm to chocolates on our pillow at night, our hosts Helen and John, couldn't have made us feel more welcome.
