"I stayed here for about 10 nights and it was really nice. The staff are so kind and the view from my room was incredible. It’s about a 10 min walk from the subway but a nice walk anyway! Only thing I’d say is some of the furniture in my room was chipped so a repaint would have been nice. Apart from that I’ll stay here again."

"The staff there was so lovely and knew how to speak English well. A male worker (sorry I don't know his name) helped me weigh my luggage because I was not strong enough to lift it, which I appreciated a lot! For the price, I would definitely go back when I'm back in Korea. The room is also spacious for one person. "

"In overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and at good location. The only comment I would give is that the room acoustic is not up to standard as we can hear traffic from the windows even the windows are closed. Also hearing sound from other rooms esp in shower room and the wall along tv. The sliding door idea for closet not quite user friendly. "

"We had a great stay here. The metro station was just steps from our hotel. The staff was always willing to help. We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. The restaurant was very good with great views of the city."

"The hotel has all the qualities of a great 5 star. Grand Hyatt Seoul is one of the nicer and luxurious one compared to other Grand Hyatts in the world. Super classy hotel with great services to match. I love their ice skating rink, and managed to squeeze time to enjoy their pool too during my short stay. "
