"Had booked based on information provided that says 7 min walk from Nathdwara temple. After booking have tried to contact them on number provided multiple times but did not get response. After reaching Nathdwara no one was aware about location for this. Had to search for another hotel with family. After 3 days got response saying it is 23 minutes drive from Nathdwara and money can not be refunded."

"We had the worst experience with this hotel. Payed almost double the amount and it was super dirty- sheets and pillows had stains, blankets were heavily stained. No hot showers either- freezing cold water during winters. "

"Had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel nestled in the hills! The valley view room was as described and I have added pictures of the view from the room. It’s very quiet and serene. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and had luxury sheets. Food and service was great. The attendants at the breakfast were very helpful and provided me with a lot of vegan choices or made custom dishes for me. They also packed us a custom breakfast to go for our early morning departure after our stay off two days. Great place for events. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this highly. Only one negative would be that this is located about 5-6 km outsider the city. Maybe a bit hard to find a taxi unless you pre-book. We didn’t have any trouble reserving taxis in advance for our late trips."
