"Convenient location. Near malls and near the Beijing subway. This is my 3rd time staying at Crown Plaza Zhongguancun. The staff are polite and converse well in English. Hotel isn’t modern but is decent in its amenities. Great gym and overall happy with my stay. Pillow can be a little bit more fluffed up. I found it a little flat. "

"CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. The walls have cracks and damage. Staff were also not super friendly. No one ever smiles at this hotel. PROS: very comfortable bed. Room is very quiet and black out blinds work great. Central location close to shopping and the university. Hotel and surrounding area felt very safe even at night."

"Stayed for three nights, the service overall is good, swimming pool is shared with another business, the opening hour is a little too late for me, and it requires a photo of passport to verify in addition to hotel key. One day the clean lady forgot to provide bottle water, but with a phone call, they send to our room. Breakfast is okay, overall a pretty nice place to stay."

"The room was dirty, (toe nail clippings on the floor by the bed) cold (radiator was never more than luke warm) - the beds were very, very hard. the en-suite bathroom had a window into the main room! One complain I would have is for Hotels.com the print out of the booking needs to also be available in the language of the country being visited - the reception staff could not read it - resulting it taking over an hour to get booked in when we got there!"

"Located in a convenient location in the heart of Shangdi / Zhongguancun. Close to great dining and shopping options. Surrounded by banks. The breakfast included in the daily charge is excellent. Very good staff - they refuse to take tips but I insisted by leaving the money on the bed when I checked out."

"The hotel employees at the concierge desk are very helpful with calling share-ride for me, before I had an opportunity to install the necessary software and payment to do it my own. "We stayed this hotel for two nights in the hot summer and worried it’s AC and noises. However, everything was cool. The staff were so friendly, they were willing to help us whenever they could. Particularly thanks to Winnie and all the receptionists, they’re professional and warm. The food in the restaurant was adequate and tasty. There are plenty eateries nearby. We had great experience there."
