Good WiFi, firm mattress, walking distance from the airport bus station, hot water for bathing, kettle for hot water, elevator available, helpful staff, good air conditioner. The only downside is that no slope to pull heavy luggage up to the lobby. I'll give it 4.8/5.0"

"What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage. Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel, we will be back to stay again. "

"The location is excellent for a visit to the Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful and super attentive. We booked a junior suite, which is a little misleading for a room basically big enough for a king-sized bed and no separate bathroom, but, size aside, the room was comfortable and the breakfast spread was varied and ample.
