"Lovely old building with plenty of history. Room on 1st floor overlooking the water. Tea and coffee makers in room, very spacious. Even Dressing gowns and slippers and toiletries. No good available on Monday nights but told off a restaurant near by. Breakfast very good. Staff exceptional. Short walk to oldtown. Safe car parking at rear of hotel. "

"I absolutely LOVED staying here. My cousin and I stayed there (we’re both girls) and we worried about the hostel pods being mixed gender. But we did not have to worry! It felt so safe and secure and everyone there was lovely. Even though there were many pod beds people were very considerate, quiet and respectful and I slept great all the nights I stayed there. Very clean, extremely nice facilities, cool living rooms and yummy restaurant. You simply must stay here!!!! "

" Beautiful, clean property with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bath with deep tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Rotterdam. "Stylish interior, rooms were quiet and spacious. Would recommend for couples or small groups looking for a nice spot to take in the city in style. Evidently used to be a tea warehouse for the Dutch East India Company, so the walls are solid and the ceilings are ludicrously high in rooms."

"Right next to the cruise terminal which is very convenient. The view of the city and water is stunning from the front of the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and kind, and called us to follow up once we got to our room to check if we needed anything. The room was remarkable. From the high ceilings, giant windows, very upgraded bathroom and lighting. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in all our travels. I didn't want to leave. "This hotel was outstanding. It was spotlessly clean, beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. my only negative comment would be that if you need to store your luggage know that it gets stored near a smoking area for the employees, so it will end up smelling like smoke."

Excellent hotel

"Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "
