"The staff were all very helpful and polite. The rooms are very basic and old but we're clean. I went with my mum, her room and a refrigerator but my room didn't, my room had a hairdryer her room didn't. The TV is a good size but only had a few English channels. "The apartment is very close to the Rotterdam Central Station. There are different apartments at the same place. The apartment 11 is on the ground floor, so it is very easy to reach. It is quite spacious, with toilet, bathroom, kitchen with complete amenities. Washing machine and a small fridge are also available. Just the location in the google map is not very accurate. From the central station, it is further down the road. Overall, very satisfied. "
