Nice rooms. Very convenient to Rotterdam cruise port - across the street and one address down. Is only a few restaurants open; food hall next door with limited options. Was just minor issue on prepaid room; resolved later. Note: on the basic room the shower/tub is very high.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The location of the hotel was perfect for a couple days spent in Rotterdam before our cruise as the cruise terminal is right across the street. The room was very comfortable, the service was great! We arrived early and the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering our luggage storage while we had our brunch and checked us in early. The decor of the hotel was really unique! However, the room would use a few more shelves and lights. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of various choices and absolutely worth it! We would highly recommend this hotel for any visitors!

Great hotel if you are going on a Holland America cruise. Across the road. Connects with a food hall which serves lunch and dinner.Easily walkable to trams and underground if you wish to visit the city. Most staff very friendly and helpful.
