"Room was clean with a tv with many Channels, kettle, heater, fan, iron, towels and extra pillows. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great, had a bit of everything, was hot and tasty and was being refilled to keep products available. Only one issue which isn’t with the hotel but feel should mention, there is not much parking. ‘Hotel parking’ is also for pay display general public. "Nothing bad to say about this hotel. The staff were lovely. The hotel has great facilities but we didn't make use of them this time round due to other plans in the city which is just a few minutes away by cab. "Stayed for two nights last week and everything was great: clean room, well-appointed with fridge, hair dryer, etc., easy parking, close to everything. The best thing is the young staff who made us feel very welcome. Compliments to the bartender, Minty and Nick the manager, who was very well informed about the local attractions and who helped us plan a plan a route to see the interesting churches, ruins, palaces, and pubs nearby. I will recommend a stay here to all friends visiting Winchester."
