"Excellent location and the room was really good. Everything was great. Except the parking, the lifts, and the pool. Parking advice was not provided and was really hard. The temperature of the pools was all out of whack, and the poolsides were gross. Foodscraps and empty containers and drinks were always present. Terrible. And the lifts. Ridiculous. Only four servicing such a big building is insane. Worst I’ve ever encountered. "

"Hotel is located in a very convenient area, short walk to beach and main shopping mall. Also close to light rail. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Only con was that even though the main bedroom had block out blinds the light was still very bright in the morning as light came in around the sides and top of blinds. "The finishes on this hotel are excellent. We had a superior ocean view room, very spacious and excellent bathroom amenities.. yes the bathtub is as big as the photos in real life. The gym and indoor magnesium pool are a welcome reprieve from the chaos of the main pool. If you want to relax and not be constantly splashed by kids jumping into the pool then I’d avoid this area. "Had one of the newer rooms which was nice and always beautifully clean. All the staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and slides. Couple of additions would have been great - particularly proper block out curtains. The sunrise coming in at 4:45am with small children was a bit tough and food delivery to the room as a solo parent would have been really helpful too. "

"I was so happy with my room with the ocean and city view.. loved it! The only downside was the squeaky bed otherwise the housekeeping staff made up for it.. my room didn't need daily cleaning but they were very happy and obliging when i asked for extra amenities. All stores were of walking distance so it was handy to leave our car parked up for our whole stay. Am definitely staying again! 👌"

"It was very clean and quiet. The resort was beautiful. My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. Also I am 55 year old woman - I was on my own and on the top floor. From the car park I had to climb 8 flights of steps with a heavy suitcase and NO ONE to help. I was in tears but made it. "

"Honestly, what an amazing property! And what a beautiful couple. The entire stay was faultless. So many extras including exploring the property and large fig trees, bush walks, herb garden, horses and chicken (but not near the house). Would recommend and we’ll absolutely be back!"
