"Service was not great at all. The 1st staff member I Encountered upon check in was less than helpful and rather rude. We arrived on a saturday evening and apparently they do not do housekeeping services on sunday. We went out for most of the day on Monday to come back to still have housekeeping done. The knocked at 3pm and asked what we needed in terms of supplies and didn’t offer to take our dirty towrls that piled up for 2 days and i also forgot to give them. "There was an issue with a guest in the room across from ours which caused a lot of commotion and noise in the middle of the night. At some point the police even became involved so needless to say we lost a lot of sleep as a result. The next morning we complained and the hotel manager (Owen Griffeth) was really very good and understanding. He made sure we left satisfied and we appreciated the gesture!"
