"Wonderful staff. Large room. Quite clean. Pleasantly surprised to have a kitchenette. Unusually cold weather and the room's heating system wasn't quite up to the task. Some dated features (worn upholstery, remnants of obsolete baseboard heating, stained grout, not the greatest bathroom ventilation."

"Thai at the front desk was phenomenal! So helpful, kind and welcoming! The location is perfect for the airport or sports complex. This was my second stay and when in town I will stay again! Only con is the rods in the shower are not good, the shower curtain falls to the middle and the floor gets flooded. "

"It was so nice to do something different for New Year’s Eve. The grands loved it and my 26 daughter was over the moon about her surprise Christmas present. We loved all actives that they had planned. That was a nice surprise. My only small complaint would be that the chemicals used for the pool were so strong to the point it was burning our eyes. Hopefully they can fix that issue. I’m looking forward to booking in the summer. "

"Came in town for the Eagles game tons of fans there casino and hotel staff where very nice as where the dining establishments didn’t think I’d be ok to go into the fancy restaurant glammed up in eagles gear but the welcomed us with no problems, super friendly."

"Charming hotel just off Rittenhouse Square. The room was nice with a super comfortable bed. Friendly staff and a complimentary continental breakfast the next morning. I definitely recommend The Franklin. "
