"This hotel is great for what it is; a basic, few amenities place where families stay when their kids have a sports tournament in the area. It's clean, convenient, and the parking is easy. If you are looking for something more upscale, this isn't it."

"We had an event at Top Golf, which was across the street from the Hotel, so this was very convenient. Staff was very helpful and we used the valet parking service and that was great as well. Hotel room was very spacious and clean."

"Comfy beds and pillows. Quiet room and hotel. Clean. Only thing I have to say that negative was the one elevator was out of order and the indoor pool was “out of order” yet looked fine. Front desk staff was sitting at a table on her phone when we walked in, and was not dressed very professional, but she was polite. We were there for one night for a sports tournament and it met the needs we needed it to. "

"The lobby area was clean and well maintained throughout breakfast service. Room was visually presentable although there was a roach crawling on the walls ( while the lights were still on) it was late and i did not want to scare my children, so i quickly killed and flushed it rather than attempt to speak with staff about Tom change. Bathroom pipes were NOt slow draining , however there was a continuous gurgling sound for about a minute after ising the sink. Staff were pleasant and friendly. "

"The loft was a great layout for our family. I’d suggest updating the bathrooms and getting rid of the popcorn ceilings for an updated decor. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly."

"Overall the hotel is good. The ice machines on many floors were out of service. The ATM was also out of service. The indoor pool is small but very nice. Rooms do not include a microwave which would be an improvement."
