"Very friendly staff. Great pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. Room was spacious. Bathroom was kinda small. Great location close to shopping and dining. Breakfast was okay. Folgers Coffee (nope) and dry, stale cinnamon rolls were my only breakfast complaints, otherwise it was fine. Would appreciate breakfast going past 9am. "

"At 3am someone tried to break in to our room, we were so scared that we left Tahoe at 4am. Unsafe, dirty and no heating."

"The SPA garbage cans were all overflowing; I had a couple's massage, and my massage therapist smelled like last night's leftover alcohol bucket :( All the lines to check into our room were a mile long, forcing us to leave for the SPA so we wouldn't be late to our appointments. It was a drag for real!"

"Hotel was very clean. Dated. Chipped paint and peeling wallpaper here and there but very clean. Check in was like pulling teeth. There are rules for everything and they are posted everywhere. Felt unwelcoming over all. "
