"Conveniently located not too far from Edinburgh Castle and other areas. We walked most of the time it’s only a mile or so to some of the farther places you might want to go. One really nice perk was the breakfast. It was a nice selection with a full Scottish breakfast available and plenty of pastry/bread options as well. "

"We had a great time in Scotland. Staying at Cityroomz was the perfect place. Close to everything and yet removed enough so it wasnt in the heart of the hussle and bussle of the city. Well worth staying here!!"

"CoDE takes a lot of care in making sure the facilities are clean. The restrooms, showers and beds are frequently tidied. Fellow guests are quiet and respectful. It was my first time staying at a hostel and in a mixed gender room. The only exception is that the fridge and cooking area could be better maintained and its rules enforced. Otherwise very easy to store leftovers and heat them up. Breakfast and coffee also great. The beds are also very comfortable. I slept very well with earplugs. "
