"This hotel is in a great location, very central and close to lots of restaurants & shops. It's literally less than a minute's walk to the beach and promenade and not too far from the main bus station. There's also a large shopping mall about ten minutes walk away at the harbour. The rooms themselves are clean and large, a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The swimming pool doesn't look as grand as in the photo if that's important for you. "Great location close to the Hotel and lots af excellent restaurants by the harbour. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The apartment was a little tired, a repair to a rusting bath was visible and could do with an upgrade, however overall it was a good size. we had an issue with the lights not working we were eventually down to only one working but when reported it was rectified straight away. "We had a lovely week here, there was a small problem with water supply on NewYears eve(not the fault of the hotel as it materialised) but it was sorted out quickly. Julia was a lovely host. There are amazing sunrises every morning which can be seen from the balcony and it easy to get on to the beach to do the amazing walk to Maspalomas. Thanks Julia x"
