I had emailed requesting a certain room, which we had, so that was very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. "Just got back from a half-term stay at the Radisson Blu and we're really pleased we went. We had a two bedroom suite (actually, we got upgraded to the 3 bedroom - it's absolutely vast! But the experience between the two is common, so still relevant). The beds are comfy - really soft but comfy, although the feather pillows go to nothing.
