"The hotel was great for a 2 night stay with my dog. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. On the first night we couldn’t get the TV or heater to work and it was bitterly cold but the staff on reception fixed both problems straight away. Thank you Swansea Ibis."

"This is an amazing hotel we stayed for 3 nights and were so well looked after. The room was lovely, food excellent but more than anything all the staff were brilliant."

"I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."

"A delightful night away. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and in an excellent location. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Fortunately, we found parking easily; we arrived early and were able to park on the street for free."
