"Great hotel in a perfect location for central Gothenburg. Staff were friendly and helpful and the bar and restaurant were buzzing at the weekend which made it a fun place to relax with a drink after a day out. We had one of their basic rooms but it was still really spacious. A bonus is that the airport bus stops just across the road from the hotel too."

"Reception staff, breakfast, bar and cleaning staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was everything I needed and required, breakfast superb with so much choice, I also had dinner in the hotel one evening, very good. The fact that there was a “go green” label to put on my hotel door was excellent as there was no need for my room to be cleaned every day. A great stay and would highly recommend any Elite Hotel around Europe. "

"Rooms are very small and the beds are not good. Very small bathroom. The property is quite difficult to find, and there is no transit nearby. There is a beautiful botanical garden right next door."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel! I stayed here with my dog and it was such a pleasure to have everything prepared and a welcome kit that had specific dog friendly towels, outlined where he could go and even a sheet to lay on the bed to protect it. EXCELLENT breakfast, service, spa and pool! Highly recommended! "

"The property was very nice the rooms clean . The beds unfortunately are not that comfortable woke up with back pain. The matress doesn’t have much support and the mini fridge doesn’t even fit a bottle of water not sure why they even put one of you can not put anything in it . Overall still a very nice hotel"

"Nice restaurant and bar attached to lobby. Attractive decor. Fabulous breakfast, with option to eat upstairs by fireplace. Friendly professional staff. Only negative was heavily perfumed automatic room spray in lobby, which triggered my asthma"
