"Wonderful family resort - but if you want an adult friendly place, this is not the place for you. We had a magnificent swim-out room in the 18+ section, but unfortunately the kids club was right out front and the basketball court right outside our door."

"from the outside, the buildings appear that they had their best timesnlong over; inside, the corridors and rooms are nicely refurbished, room was spacious with comfy beds and spacious terrace with nice views; towels are only changed once a week (unless paid for early exchange), same with housekeeping, so it's ok for a short stay but would not recommend staying loblnger than a few days; the area is very quiet so not ideal for families with kids that would like some more fun"

"Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"Check-in with Enrique went very smoothly. He was very personable and friendly. He gave us a very nice room. The next morning we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and our check-out with Nuria went smoothly. She confirmed our next stay with them and called a taxi to take us to the airport."

"It was nice staying at the hotel, but there was limited staff and not enough warning about restaurants and shops being closed on Sunday, including food delivery. The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. The one-way road was inconvenient and the room was near a noisy main road, so ear-plugs were an essential travel item. "For my budget the place was amazing! The room had no view but I say it has city views and a patio because the rooftop is accessible with chairs, table, sofa, sun loungers, shower, kitchen and bathroom (yes, all on the rooftop) There were two bathrooms next to my bedroom, each section of the house has three rooms with a kitchen, so although the facilities are shared, this was no bother. The place was spotless. The communal areas were thoroughly cleaned daily. The communication was minimal but...
