I thought it very odd ,you can order from the menu but have to go collect your food and bring it back to your room , yet when I was unable to go down for breakfast as I had a medical procedure done ,my partner was told that he couldn’t take breakfast back to the room due to health and hygiene reasons which is in total contradiction to ordering food of the menu and bringing it to your room , all I wanted for breakfast was 2 waffles with syrup , they eventually let him take the waffles but no syrup , the mind boggles at how stupid people can be

Room wasn't ready, I was offered a lesser room with no discount as I had pre paid, waited for approximately 3hrs in bar area, later offered drinks voucher after I had bought 3 drinks, went to use one only to be asked to supply a further payment for beer of my choice. Gave up after that & returned drinks cards to staff unused. Finally in my room it was clean & quiet. I don't blame staff but person held up in room should have left at 10am not 2 pm

The Staff were very friendly . Our room was on the first floor and the young lady at reception asked if that would be ok . One flight of stairs as there are no lifts in the building . Parking was directly below us .

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is a bit out in the middle of nothing and nowhere, and the resort is not compatible for someone with breathing difficulties. We asked for a ground level room and we got a room up 2 flights of stairs from the carpark and not near the main building. We had a plumbing issue that also was not fixed until the day we left.
