Although the apartment was nice, only one of the four fly screen/security doors was lockable. Meaning we couldn't safely allow fresh air in, in the evening. Also the exhaust fan in the main bathroom didn't work, with the laundry also in this bathroom it made the apartment humid and created condensation on the mirror and windows when we used the dryer. Other than that the complex was clean and good and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything went great, great facility, great location. Great staff. All around great stay. The tumble dryer didn’t work. But was not a problem to report to the staff. Any communication with the staff was fantastic. Can not really fault the stay at all, we loved the pool. Thank you

The place is very good and clean and the staff is very friendly and accomodating its my second time in this hotel and happy and contented with my stay at blue waters apartment. Defenitely coming back in the future stay at southport.

The room we had was on the lower level, the curtains were see through and wouldn't close properly, dirty marks on the walls, beds were clean and so were the floors. Pillows were very flat, kettle had stains I could go on. Moral of the story is I wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely pool , close to a lot of things , not a huge high rise . A nice lovely Low building An be abiotic loud as close to street with car and bus noise if on balcony . It’s a busy road . But overall I would go back .

Had a lovely stay. All staff were great. It is a walk-up, which we knew, we just took too much stuff!! Roomy, great kitchen, bathrooms adequate. Would suggest the owners add some cushions on the dining chairs and lounges and perhaps have better quality beds. Also blackout blinds or blinds that cover the whole window would be ideal.

Property has underground parking making life easy. The room/unit itself fully contained washer/dryer/big fridge/microwave/dishwasher etc which was great. Air conditioning with ceiling fans in both rooms perfect for those summer days. Heated pool and bbq area. Overall for what we needed for the week of staying was perfect and would stay here again.

It was a horrible experience . There was poop on walls nothing was very clean the washing machine had sludge in it I spent two days cleaning and all the lady said was " you should have told us the first night "" it was7pm just finished work . Not really an appropriate time to have to check into a different room with a three year old in toe . I felt the manager was quite rude and I think they don't clean it was gross

The Apartment is a 3 bedroom, large open plan kitchen dining area with secure parking. Beach across the road and within minutes of what you need shopping, restaurants and parks. We will stay again.

The apartment was dated, particularly the bathroom fixtures which desperately needed to be replaced. The carpet felt dirty, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The pool area was lovely. The amount of stairs to get to the property and within the apartment were tedious. The internal staircase to get to the main bedroom are quite steep which provided a safety concern with young kids.

Self-contained 2-bedroom apartment unit, with designated car parking space in under-ground car park. Nice pool area for guests to enjoy. Situated across the road from Len Fox Park in Labrador - nice evening walk along the water front. The property charges extra for additional coffee/tea/toilet paper/shampoo&conditioner, etc. Also specific instruction given to guests to clean the rubbish and wash the dishes before check-in out.
