"Guy and Fernando were so welcoming and had so many tips for us. They also sent over guides of the different neighborhoods which was very helpful. The chilaquiles and fresh fruit in the morning was delicious. The rooms were really nice and spacious with high ceilings and really nice decor. The only drawback for us was that on the last day the water ran out for a little bit, but other than that it was a great stay and we would fully recommend it to others!"

"I loved this place except for the issues with hot water. 1) It was very hard to regulate, so sometines it would turn scalding hot by itself and 2) Two days there wasn't any hot water in the morning. I mentioned this to the receptionist and he said it was a recurring problem in higher floors. But it didn't seem they didn't have any intention of fixing it. Problem is bad enough that I wouldn't stay in this property ever again. Too bad, everything else was really nice."

"Brand new and tastefully designed hotel with a lovely chap at the front desk who happily helped us with a few requests to make our stay even more comfortable. Rooftop is perfect to enjoy some sunshine and the hotel has a laundry room and gym! Would be nice to have a breakfast service although the hotel is adjacent to an organic mini market and a stone throw away from some incredible breakfast spots (highly recommend Constela Cafe, Madre Cafe and Rosetta). Quiet, clean and a lovely comfy bed!"

"The property is on a very busy intersection so there is alot going on in terms of traffic. We were on the 10 th floor so had a great view of the sunrise and could easily get to the rooftop for beautiful views around the city. Many restaurants nearby. "Great location! Comfortable room, breakfast buffet is so delicious. Hotel is beautiful, however only complaint is that we saw a sliver inside other rooms as they were being cleaned and all seemed a little more up to date than our room (I.e ours had carpet, no real decor, a high up window, basic bathroom while others had hardwood floor, bigger window, etc). Would stay again though! "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great, especially being so close to the Cibeles roundabout. The rooms were very spacious, and the large windows made the view from the 9th floor beautiful. The price was also very reasonable. I loved the area and would definitely stay here again!"
