"It was great being on the ground floor with a grass area and a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. Room was not ready when we arrived after 2pm and our room was not redressed until 5pm. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The view of our room made up for it - would have been disappointed otherwise "

"Sally at reception was fantastic!!! So helpful!!!! We had a wonderful view from our room and the bed and shower were fantastic. The room had a bit of a weird smell but overall this was a surprisingly wonderful stay. "
