"Ran into a snow storm and had to stop here for the night. The front desk clerk was alone and when I arrived there were at least 15 people in the lobby checking in and trying to get a room. The front desk clerk was very professional, friendly and she was working her tale off. She did an excellent job and was very efficient doing it. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. "
