"Beautiful grounds and ambience. The room was awesome and it included a complimentary bottle of wine. Would recommend that guest turn the heat down before bed, otherwise the fireplace will keep coming on and off, and it will wake you up. Would not recommend the hotels restaurant although. Terrible food and the staff appear to be in a zombie state when providing service."

"We live 30 mins from Sebastopol, but were co-hosting a NYE party down the street from the hotel & decided to stay so we didn’t have to drive home. Everything was great at the Fairfield from the moment we checked in with the cool gentleman at the desk, to the cozy, quiet room, to the abundant continental breakfast they served. "If you want to try glamping this is a nice location to do it. The area is far enough away to be rural with only a few blocks walk to downtown and great places to eat. One recommendation I would have for the location. Is to go over the rules of the property with everyone and provide a phone number when there is an issue.
