"NO TATTOOS. Is the first sign you see when checking in. Perhaps if you have a small discrete tattoo, they will still permit you to use their hot-baths on site. Ideal for couples, seniors, less so for families with children. The beds were quite hard. The in-room food service was very good, as was the breakfast buffet. Both indoor and outdoor onsen was very nice, with the outdoor one having a nice view of Gifu Castle. "

"advertised as a normal albeit adults only hotel we booked in for 3 nights. Transpired it’s essentially a short stay love hotel.It would seem that users of this type of hotel are buzzed in and out of the room by staff behind the scenes, communication by in house telephone. Staff however spoke no English making the process a little difficult. After some discussion we managed to get a key allowing us to come and go as we pleased. "I would like my committed money back from this location. A local taxi cab driver could not find it. When he found it, he left us there. No one answered the door. No one answered the call. No one answered. We were left in a precarious position in the evening with no place to stay. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and I have a very flexible, mind and travel mindset, we eventually stated a nearby hotel on the river, which seemed like something Expedia would end. Very bad Expedia...

"Came back a second night. Since we were still in the area another night. The new front staff were good. Bedding room and bathroom were all clean. Room was still what I would call old/dated but well kept. Just not the carpet. Carpet was well stained, old and thread bare in places."

"Very spacious room for Japan and a very calm and quite area with plenty of access to restaurants. "

"Beautiful new hotel next to Inuyama castle and Japanese garden. Nice onsen, friendly staff. Just didn't like how I got room upgraded. All reception people seems like not knowing about there are VIP benefits. Finally we got upgraded room, then we found dirty tissue inside toilet. But all other things were perfect. Amazing breakfast, Inuyama castle view from everywhere in hotel "

"Excellent Hotel. Hotel is relatively new with spacious rooms, communal kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Guests are encouraged to share these very attractive spaces in line with their needs. "I had an amazing stay. I took a room on the ladies-only floor and it's great (extra security door that opens with your room card if you have a room on that floor). First time trying the public bath, I was concerned about my belongings but there are lockers (with keys) to store your towels, clothes etc. while you take the bath. The hot bath helped heal some muscle strains I had from walking and traveling a lot with a heavy luggage. I would stay again in this hotel if I come around Nagoya again!"

"We live our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, and felt luxurious. Staff were great, and the hotels location was a ten minute walk from the main station and shops, yet it was still quiet and relaxed in the area around the hotel. And there were great food options located close-by. While we didn’t eat at the hotel we can attest that there coffee was excellent and we recommend making sure you get your morning coffee here"

"Very convenient location. The room is normal size for Japan's standard. I love that they are going more environmental friendly. Reception is at 18 floor and does provide a good view of nagoya city but it can be annoying to go and up down if its busy. "
