"The hotel was nice and the staff was even nicer. He made sure we had plenty of towels and water, breakfast in the morning and greeted us each time we came in and out of the hotel. Our room was unique with a hot tub in the middle but it overlooked the waters of Jeju so it was very nice. The AC worked very well as well. "

The bathroom tile was covered in black mold, so the girl at the front desk told us we could change rooms the next day, but made no mention of how to do so. She saw me the next day and said because we didn't check out of our room at 11 am that we couldn't move rooms, so we ended up staying another night in the same room. "This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful, and most spoke English. The food was delicious at the restaurant and I enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Walking to the Secret Garden was fun and scenic. They helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my friend as well. Highly recommend for both winter and summer!"

"Beautiful garden with many impressive copper artwork next to a museum. It has a cafe provides set breakfast & set dinner. We had breakfast & dinner at the cafe, it tastes good. It was therapeutic walking around the stay compound garden in the morning, hearing the bird chirping. The owner has a private owned collection museum. She’s very kind to show us, explains to us about her collection Artworks. P.s (For foreigners, need to pay extra attention on the signage). The signage “Cafe Stay” can be confusing. Not tally with Jeju Bom Stay. "
