"Lovely hotel and great staff. Excellent breakfast. We had dinner for €35 per head and it was well worth it and delicious. It is situated on a hill which itakes15 minutes downhill to get to the hub of Trastevere. We are all over 50 years old so needed a taxi back to hotel which was only €9. We had a great time."

"Amazing stay in a very unique and special property. Spectacular view from the rooftop terrace. Be mindful of the very steep walk from the town centre which was not an issue for us but could be problematic for those with mobility issues. Thanks so much 😀"

"The room is small and the shower is not private. Did not get breakfast as available too late and was minimal -banana and croissant only, no coffee, no juice, had to pay for water, no glasses in room to drink from. "

"This location was much further than it advertised from location I had Google mapped, however, close to public transportation. I found the electric outletsrequired 3 prong transformer. But, another kind traveler said to plug into refrig outlet. That worked. Breakfast was prepackaged sweets or homemade torte and a coffee maker in a shared kitchen. Bed was uncomfortable."

"Terrible service, the room smelled like sewer, very bad smell everything Ive brought smelled like sewers after two day, the ventilation did not help. Bed sheets were dirty with little stains on them. There was banging on doors and weird noises coming out of the hall 2-3AM in at night which makes you feel very unsafe! "

Perfect Rome weekend

"Highly recommend this hotel. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Nice touch to have some free mini bar items and a welcome drinks voucher for the bar. Really enjoyed the choice of food for breakfast. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming. The location is great, easy walking distance to Rome Termini train station, five mins walk from metro stop, but we walked everywhere from the hotel as it's such a great location. It was recommended to us and I'm happy to recommend it to others. Thank you Hotel Artemide, we'll be back! "
