"We arrived to the hotel via train & bus with a one-night booking and dinner reservations upon our arrival time. The hotel was closed with lights off and no one in sight. We had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer, and finally, we had someone answer and share that they had an issue with the fire alarm so they had to shut down. "We stayed here on our way to Basel for New Years and it was a quaint little hotel near a skiing hotspot. The fog in the area was quite thick so we unfortunately couldn’t take in the beauty of the area. The breakfast was rather limited compared to other places we stayed and parking was across the street in a shopping plaza lot but close enough not to be inconvenient. There were only a couple of restaurants that were open nearby and most people were in town for the skiing. Sad we couldn’t take one...
