The aesthetic is perfection, the staff were all so super nice and helpful with suggestions, the restaurant was yummy and everything was very clean. "The hotel was excellent. The room comfortable. It is right next to the airport and our room faced the runways. We needed to put on white noice to cover the planes landing and taking off. The airport shuttle was not well organized. We waited over an hour at the airport to be picked up. Other hotel shuttles made three rounds before Hyatt Place made one. On the trip back to the airport we sat on the shuttle for 20 minutes while the driver chatted with a friend. We had to call the front desk on both...

"Single woman traveling alone for leisure. Stayed here in one of the partial beach view rooms on the 5th floor and felt very safe and comfortable. It is an older building and there are bars on the block. You will hear noise but nothing outrageous. The morning and evening views are great. The room I had was quite spacious for just me. Had a microwave and fridge. Daily cleaning service was not provided, but unsure if it is possible. "

"Reception staff made my day when they checked me in smoothly even when i arrived a day late due to delayed flight. The cleaning staffs was on time everyday and make the room clean and tidy as it was when checked in. The breakfast was nice. Overall a very pleasant and wonderful stay."
