"Convenient location. I got a great deal on a room for the night. Room was clean. Some road noise being right by the highway, but for the price I can’t complain. Overall easy and nice experience."

"Excellent place to stay for the price! The only issue- the room had a strong smell of a cleaning agent. Glad the room was cleaned, but the smell of the product made it hard to breathe. We had to sleep with the balcony door open. "

"There was a $100 deposit, but they automatically deducted $5.00 for desk services. SURPRISE!!! Both the deposit and subsequent deduction was a complete surprise, neither of which I appreciated. Also, we stayed 3 nights, but our room was not cleaned on oue first full day. That again was a surprise. I will not stay there again!"

"Loved the quietness of the area, bout a 10 minute walk to the strip but with the trolly it was fine. Much better than staying down on the strip in my opinion. Faculty were super nice and informative. Great place for a weekend getaway with the family "

"The hotel is very centrally located and easy access to Gatlinburg. Great place, clean, friendly staff. The only complaint is that it needs updated and remodeled. Ants were coming into the bathroom thru the wall. "
