"Facilities were very good but there was a lot of street noise. Also, the spigot of the faucet in the bathroom is so close to the edge as to be almost unusable."

"The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. We were surprised to have two beds in separate areas of room. Two TVs, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The two rocking chairs overlooking stream was pleasant. Breakfast was great; pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns, variety of juices, coffee snd teas. Extraordinary value for our money. You can’t go wrong staying here. "

"Everything from outside to the lobby and the rooms were perfect. The rooms were very up to date and clean and the balcony over looking the the little pigeon river was awesome. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay at this location on my next trip. I would highly recommend. "

"Our favorite Hotel in Pigeon Forge. However, this time the staff didn't seem as friendly... and the room just showed some overall age. We had a light out in the bathroom and the carpet was frayed in our room. Wasnt a huge issue but, since this was our 4th stay, we know this isn't the norm. We also didn't have coffee k-cups in our room and when they were requested, I wasn't treated very well it felt. "
