"After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious"

"For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. "Staff were great and very helpful. 3 of us stayed. Sadly the sofa bed was very squeeky and uncomfortable so didnt sleep very well. Would definitely look at other hotels in future that had beds rather than sofa beds. Breakfast was as you expected for a buffet, coffee was awful even the staff didnt seem surprised when i asked if they had somewhere to tip the coffee out. "

The only let down was the breakfast. The hot food offerings were poor. Powdered eggs, cheap sausages and bacon. Coffee was wasn't the best. However there is a Starbucks on site."
