"Atrium was unique. Noise from atruim was terrible. Our room was nice, but the bathroom could use some TLC. The staff was pleasant. We were disappointed the spa was out of order. I’m sure that this hotel was top notch when it was new, but it’s showing its age. Nice enough for a night or two if you don’t look too closely. "

"Great location for the price! Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Parking is plentiful. My suite was clean and free of any undesirable odours or visible stains. Bed was very soft but not uncomfortably so. The building is a bit dated by seems to be well taken care of. "I chose La Quinta for the location and the rate. The facilities were attractive and well kept. I liked seeing PV panels over some of the parking area. I appreciated being able to easily decline room service so my stay was more like at home. I would have liked to have a valuables safe in my room but the room had everything else I wanted. There was a good selection of items available at breakfast and a pleasant dining area."

"I appreciate the fact that I'm able to do an early check in. The only downfall is that the only accessible ADA is always occupied when I've arrived early. And their only elevator is out of commission. I do not know how long it has not been in service though. Other than those minor issues that they been having, my stay with them has been good."

"Studio 6 sure made me feel like I was not in Concord. I felt like I was on a vacation with a balcony view and the room was big. It was more like a suite. It's become one of my top choices when I just want to get away from home. The price is unique and affordable considering the accomodations and the size of the rooms. Definitely would recommend to anyone!"
