"Fantastic stay. I arrived a couple of hours before check in due to an early flight and the reception staff let me check in early for no extra charge. The room was massive, modern & clean. Free socks were provided as well as free face masks! Bed was comfy. Air con was quiet. Location was great. Would stay again next time I visit Chicago. I didn’t want to leave! "

"I loved the location of this hotel. It was near the Navy Pier and walkable to many dining and bar options. Close enough to the Loop trains and the river walk. I felt no issue with safety walking around at night on the weekend. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I am used to city sounds so being on the 5th floor where I could here some street noise and trucks was not an issue for me. "

"I liked the views of the river and lake. Perhaps more of a breakfast would be nice. (At least it wasn't a motel continental breakfast.) Hotel location is close to the lake, so first part of November, the weather is cold! Google Maps had the address wrong. It's supposed to be East Wacker, not West Wacker, a real problem if you don't know Chicago and are on foot. The hotel is working on it though. Apparently it's not an easy fix."
