This was my Bestfriend and I first time in Chicago. This property is close to a lot of shopping and some main attractions either by foot or a short car ride. I loved how the hotel has a fillable water station. I feel that was the highlight of the hotel. The rooms were a bit small but that was okay. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Thank you again.

Nothing too fancy but definitely clean and comfortable. Love the reusable water bottles and filtered water they provide. Hair dryer, yoga mat, iron , Coffee maker and fridge all in room. No microwave sadly. So had a place to bring left overs but not reheat. Felt safe. Overall I would stay again.

Rooms are outdated. Room smelled. Everything was outdated and definitely not a 4 star place. Stayed at a club quarters and London and it was nice so I was expecting the same but no. Would not stay again.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the city. Close to so much and garage parking a couple blocks away. The staff here was so welcoming and helpful every single time I had questions or needed anything. We are already planning to stay here again next month when in town.
