"We stayed at the end of the year over the new year. Some sort of party was to be expected, however, there was the disco-type of the party on the field across the hotel. Without the noise cancelation earbuds, it was simply impossible to fall asleep. And my body seemed agitated due to the noise coming from there. It made me wonder why I needed to pay the high price to stay there for that agitation. The hotel did not seem to care at all although I enquired to them, "

"The people at the hotel were extremely generous and kind. They were also very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were kind enough to move us to a quieter room with a better bed when we mentioned that we didn't sleep so well with a kid in the king bed in our first room. "We had an incredible, amazing experience staying at the hotel. The palace transported you into a long ago era and let you experience what it feels like to live as a Maharaja or one of his royal dignitaries. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our every needs. The food was unforgettable. We still talk about our meal experiences at the palace. Not worth the money. Terrible experience.

"The hotel is in pathetic condition. They dont care about the experience at all. Our rooms were not cleaned before we checked in. Washroom had a burnt cigarette on the floor. Bedsheet was torn. Lamp was broken. The tv was not working. This is when we paid the price of a good hotel. The only reason its alive is because its in the middle of the market. But for what they charge and the service they provide its not worth it. Better to look for some other hotel and visit the market. "

"HIDDEN GEM -- the outside is quite nondescript, compared to the grand facades of some of the boutique hotels. But the rooms we stayed in (110, 111) were excellent -- large & roomy, beautiful flooring, huge bathrooms with hot water. Service was excellent (thanks Gauri & Dhananjay) -- breakfast was delicious with muffins, cake, parathas, omlettes made to order, tea, coffee, fruits, fruit juice. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Located inside the old city with convenient access to the sightseeing locations in Jaipur. Highly recommend! "

"They lied and told us that they did not receive payment from Expedia. We faced a lot of inconvenience and had to find another stay which wasted almost an entire day of ours. Comfort inn seemed very greedy for money and seemed like they sold our booking to someone else for more money. And front end staff and manager very very unhelpful. "
