"I've stayed at Pelican twice. There's always an issue with the "free" continental breakfast. Last time, they charged separately for coffee, although it was brought to us by the server. This time, the breakfast was limited to three items (egg, toast, fruit...) but this wasn't explained up front and we unknowingly ordered several items. I love the property, but the confusion over "free" breakfast that is not free is annoying."
