"Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view. The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."

"Bad experience at the hotel! The gym is under reconstruction but it is not mentioned on the website and I booked this hotel because of the gym. I only spend there 1 night in stead of 3. Also for breakfast in the morning they have an a la carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant, you can choose where you want to have breakfast but at the check in there was no choice given. Will never return to this hotel again."

It was easily done for the changes from the prebooked room via online to a bigger room with additional reasonable fares. Room was clean, shower and toilet also clean. No smoking odour/smell. "A front desk receptionist (local lady) that was working in the morning shift was extremely unhelpful when requested for an acknowledgement of my stay in the hotel as I needed it to submit for claims. She told me that she has no letter head and also not even a piece of paper for me to hand write an acknowledgement of my stay.
