"This property was not as described. The owner wanted to charge for everything (ie: to use the BBQ was an extra cost, washing detergent was extra etc). The property certainly did not accommodate 7 people as described. Not happy with our experience. We checked out early (3 days) as this property was impractical. "

"The hotel is in woods, and very quiet. We drove on a cart around the property, and picked up some vegetables that the hotel grows and use for the meals. The breakfast was very good."

"I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. Both breakfasts were good and plenty to eat of desired -first Japanese style, second western. Twin room was spacious and had a lounge, kettle, fridge, bedside lamp and good block out curtains. Larger than usual bathroom. Easy parking. Used the laundry facilities and had to get help as I couldn't get it to start, but the staff were good and quick to fix. "The location was away from the town and other facilities so having transport is essential. The room was OK but not spacious. The breakfast did not have a lot of variety for the western palate and did not seem to change. Staff were helpful."

"A small hotel but very cute settings. Have a playground for children. Room is very clean, comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful. We stayed at the 2nd floor. There is no elevator, but the staff help us and have the luggage delivered to our room. "

"A lot of cafe or restaurant around the hotel were closed. The hotel is a bit noisy : you can hear kids running when they are in the room above yours, in the corridor. It's not well sound proof. The hotel staff was excellent. The fireplace is amazing"

"Very satisfied with the lodge and all facilities in the lodge, we bought a lot of food to be prepared with facilities in the kitchen, there is oven, microwave, stove etc, In the lodge we have living room facing to the snow directly, this ‘wow’ every one. cleaning services is done very well, thank you."

"The location of the hotel is about 30 mins drive away Unkai Gondola if you intend to visit the sky terrace. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The only downside is no restaurant at the hotel. Be prepared to drive out for dinner or grab some food back. However, they have well stock communal area with coffee machines, microwave and disposal utensils."
