"Overall this our stay at this property was poor considering how much we paid per night. The laundry room was very cluttered and dirty with dead bugs everywhere. The dryer not working and there was no space to hang any of our clothes to dry. One night we had an awful sleep because of noisy guests beside us, who had a party until about 2-3am (despite the very clear quiet hours / no party rules). "We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "
