"Easy to find from Paddington, friendly face in arrival - and an easy check-in - and a nice comfy basic room. In truth, and I've stayed in a lot of the hotels around Sussex Gardens for work/leisure, one of the good ones! Very comfy bed, good sized room for the price & no issues at all. Tea/Coffee in the room, shower all great and space for your things. Oh, and very clean! Excellent. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was fairly clean and warm. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean. There was a little dust in the bathroom but it was otherwise very clean. We couldn't check in till we arrived which was half past midnight and the staff were very understanding and checked us in cheerfully!!! I was rather embarrassed that we were so late, but she was so nice. We were very tired, but, you can't sleep in a bad bed even when tired - So, the beds were great and we slept like a log!!!!
