The hotel connects directly into Hakata station, and so moving around using the public transport systems was so easy! There are also many restaurants that are easily accessible. The room itself was very clean, with the basic amenities provided. It’s a solid 3.5-4 out of 5 star hotel.

Very convenient. Free dessert and coffee coupons received. Despite the fact they had numerous selections of pastries on display, they refused to let us choose! They gave us what had the most inventory. Ridiculous 😩 The breakfast buffet was an awful experience with so many tourists rushing to catch their next bus. The food was equally disappointing so we will not return
