The introduction to zazen was great, though Japanese speakers will get most out of this - ditto the lecture before morning service. "The picture, the huge crab aquarium at the entrance, the crab marking on the room numbers tell it all, this is a Ryokan for eating really good crab. Sakai, is a far place, and it is pretty old and run down, but it would all be worth it for the crab.
