"Stayed here with husband and toddler (age 3.5 year old) for a night. We arrived at check in time (walked from bus station - about 10-15 min). A shuttle service was available but we decided to walk this time. Service from start to finish was amazing. The hotel was beautiful during the fall season. We stayed in the west wing. Rooms were very spacious and clean. However, the bathroom was a bit small. Dinner was included and was a buffet with several western and Japanese options. Drinks were included - alcoholic and non alcoholic. Breakfast buffet was great too. Get there early for seating near the windows for views. We never felt like there were too many people. We experienced the onsen which was hot at first but then very relaxing. Would recommend it all. Wish we could have stayed longer!"
