"The staff is incredible at the front desk. The whole staff was kind the hotel was great. Perfect location if you need to walk downtown, this is a great hotel. My only gripe is that the shower was clogged however that was an easy fix. There’s nothing for me to complain about. Great products in the room for cleaning, shower body lotion, conditioner, more expensive than the cheap stuff you find in most hotels."

"This was definitely a new experience for us. This is a home, with three separate bedrooms. "A highly functional hotel with every amenity you might want. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-appointed. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was quite good. All that said I don't plan to come back for two reasons: 1. The lights in the room were all those super cool CFL-type lightbulbs. There was no way to have a warm or low-level light. "Nice laundry room, with 2 sets of machines. Good workout space. Great hotel rooms, good size, very comfortable. Terrific bed. The temp control was a bit erratic, tho. The breakfast food was quite good, tho the layout is crowded and a bit confusing. Hot drinks & cold water available 24/7. Next time we come thru Fresno/area, this will be our go-to spot."

"I stayed at this property in 2021. Great to be back in my home town of Fresno for a short period. Everyone and everything was perfect! A hearty and healthy breakfast is served in the morning. Many places and things to discover nearby. Wonderful to be near Manchester Center again where I used to shop at and frequent in the 1980's. Blessings to Everyone!"
