"Stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent grounds. Great pool. They also have laundry on site and they provide trolley /bus service to Universal Studios. Location is great, rooms are clean. The bad : Only 1 hot tub was working and it was always hogged by a large family so couldn't really use it. Internet was super super slow and glitchy. The live TV was also glitching often because it was based on the same slow internet. Still gave it 5 stars because of the staff, cleanliness and location. "

"Staying at the moment hotel was fine. Check in was easy and quick, the staff were all friendly. A downside was that the tv wouldn’t switch off one channel. So I just turned on my streamer via my cell or laptop. Also, their WiFi was having connection issues. I had to ask the front desk to help me connect. "I really like this hotel. It’s very close to my family. The property is definitely in need of updating, but it’s well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable. I’m very picky about pillows and usually bring my own but forgot and didn’t miss it. The tiki bar is a great bonus. I was looking for a nice affordable place to stay in this neighborhood and I was not disappointed. "

"What an amazing stay!! The hotel was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was warm and cozy and very clean. The breakfast was well laid. The rooms were comfortable. We traveled a lot in 2024 and stayed in different hotels but this hotel was the best one. The staff and the front desk were so friendly especially Sameh who checked us in. We have not felt so welcome in any hotel before. My whole family would rate it 10/10. "
